Family Self-Sufficiency has a variety of funding sources that can help to prevent eviction, past due mortgage and utility disconnection. If a household has a financial crisis (unexpected loss of income or unforeseen expense), they can visit our Intake Department 8:00 to Noon, Monday through Friday. They can also call for a preliminary telephone screening. One of our Intake staff will return the call within 24 hours.

Literacy Volunteers of Lee County, FL, Inc.
Volunteer tutors teach English to those of
different cultures and nationalities. English speaking persons who are unable to read
and write are also tutored. There is no age
discrimination. Help with getting your GED
